Shiro kept a serious expression as the girl spoke then as she went to walk off he grabbed her collar and stopped her "I didn't say you could leave. let me sort a few things out here. I'm not the Captain, simply acting as the Captain. I am the third seat Shiro Sora. If you stopped by hearing my speech that means something I said caught your ears and sounded promising otherwise you would have kept walking and being in a Captain-less Squad 5 will not help you get stronger...you need guidance and a good role model...I'm not saying I can guide you and I am not saying I am a good role model however I could temporarily fill those positions if you were willing to join this Squad.and help you but I don't see myself as the guiding type...not yet...and I am not exactly the greatest role model, maybe for Squad 11 perhaps but not anywhere else..." You are in a dead end Squad going nowhere and you will continue to bang your head against the wall trying to get recognition by killing hollow where as if you were to join here your potential would be seen and you could actually get somewhere...you make the call...however this is one condition if you ever plan to join this Squad...We do not use Kido, not in the slightest...so you can forget about using any of that. If you really think staying in Squad 5 will help you get somewhere then by all means leave...however if you want the chance to actually get somewhere instead of holding out on something that wont come then join this Squad and I'll make sure you get the recognition and guidance you deserve..."
