History: Cyndi grew up afraid of her fire powers. She was always afraid she would burn something down.

Cyndi hid in her room most of the time, tinkering around with her computer.
Cyndi ran away, she found herself in the town of Scarsville after a while, she looked around and ended up becoming a ward of the state.
Put in a shelter, she was assigned into a school so she could learn how to control her powers.
