[/quote]The small little problems become the main focus in the long run. Like for example, Naruto(I don't even want to bring that up as an example but it's all I have on my right now). People were getting kidnapped and having their souls ripped out while some kid was chasing after some other idiotic kid. The Captain cares for nothing except for those who are with potential.
