Viral had hit his head pretty hard, landing on his arm with his shoulder dislodged from its joint. It was injuries that would be easily fixed, but he was unconscious and unable to act for himself. He should had been dead after that, no normal creature could had survived a fall of force like that and it was only a plus that he had a thick head. His Enki was in a similar sorry state, its eyes black and empty as it lay in a crumpled heap. For the majority of his time as Yumi fought off the great beast and preventing his demise, it was just the floor that was accompanying Viral right up until Yumi decided to make a protective stance over him. Even then his face was still in the floor and it was proving all too familiar to every other time he came in contact with the floor. With the roar from the great creature ringing through his ears, Viral gradually began to shift uncomfortably on the floor, looking up for a moment before resting his head back on the ground. From someone else’s perspective it would look like he was awake at all with his only visible eye closed as blood ran down his face from his head, but he could see what was happening if a bit fuzzy. Shu didn’t know what was wrong with T’charrl but figured he was just tired, his attention going to Takeshi instead. He was pretty happy right now, knowing the creatures were nowhere to be seen and if it would ever return then it wouldn’t be a big deal and it’d go away again. For now, all he could do was relax with his brother, staring at the cart of food curiously for a moment, “I’m glad everyone is okay, that’s good enough for me!” he spoke, giving a nod before he looked back up to Takeshi, “You weren’t hurt much by them, were you? They had really mean energy, I felt really scared in the cave because of it…but I wanted to feel brave! I did too! Kind of…apart from feeling scared…but, now what? What do we do? Do we wait? I don’t know if I want to eat right now, I still feel scared…” T’charrl was feeling pretty depressed, not entirely sure whether he could keep it all up and was just plain struggling to come to terms with what was happening to him. He worried for all those around him, he was scared for them and worried they wouldn’t be safe around him for much longer. Even when it had been such a short time, it was still incredibly difficult to keep himself together before he managed to unwillingly become a beast. Feeling tired and fed up, his antennae twitched a little before he opened his eyes, spying the little creature as it gave his head a little patting. Staring at the little lifeform curiously, he watched as it moved around and grasped onto his shoulder, his head tilting a little as it let go. Slowly sitting up, he stared down at the tiny creature as he reached his claws out a little bit, “Friend…? That…sounds nice”, he spoke, smiling a little, “I do like having friends…”
