I really should have given more clarification on the age. Gonna say 6 is the youngest (But thats a bit young) and 18 is the max. 

With the dragons their will be alot of npcs that will be played out. I'll be running the other npcs as well. Unless people want to have their own, its technically not a character if you don't constantly play it.
