I'm glad to see some interest! Exactly. Although I love some Kaiju battles, the human aspect of a Kaiju attack can be just as interesting. 

Panama City, Florida was my first thought. However, Tijuana could be interesting due to that simple fact. A lot of people there means a lot of casualties and an even more somber tone as one of the "fun in the sun" capitols is destroyed. I'll definitely keep that in mind. I'll see what others think when/if anyone pops in.
