Anders watched the fight break out, and the beastman stepped in to sort of stop it. It didn't calm the Praetorians at the trial though, and they unsheathed their weapons, and the battle mage accompanying them started to chant spells. The Templar at the court hearing, of course saw this as a chance to gore the boy out, and a few eagerly came out, waiting for the demon to do anything that would warrant the demon's death. The Praetorians shoved one of the royal guards out of the way, and a war between military and royalty seemed at hand... But Anders grabbed the arm of one of the royal guard, shaking his head. "Stand down. You have overstepped your boundaries." His fellow Praetorian were also about to make heads roll, but he raised his hand, signaling them to stop. "This boy may be the most gigantic pain in the ass. Yes, he did offer the death penalty for a simple smack to the face. Yes, he offered it for lying as well. It seems he does not understand the laws of this land. He is a demon after all. He's obviously bloody uncivilized. He'd probably call for the death penalty if someone took his bib away from him." A few of the Templar and Praetorian laughed hearing this, but the atmosphere was grim. He watched as Jason moved towards Ansen. Perhaps it was for the best. "Okay Ansen. I am trusting you with him. But mark my words. If that boy... does anything like this again, may i had, this is the third time... Even your circle with not protect him from the Templar's wrath... Not to mention mine as well. And I have killed many demon before boy. You're pond scum compared to them, so don't get any funny ideas." The Templar, a bit disappointed, still knew the chain of command, and they began leaving the courthouse. "And you princess... Do not bring your royal guard in here ever again to interfere with the military. I'd hate to see good men die because of a noble's own intentions. I'm sure the King would not agree with this use of the royal guard as well." Anders spotted the Erolyte, and he walked over to her. "Erolyte. I know your people are indifferent to the affairs of mankind and demons. Tell me.... what do you think should be done to this demon..."
