Our story takes places in modern day New York City, New York. If you've seen the show, you know that Heroes is about a group of disparate youth with powers, some big and some small. They're ultimately just trying to survive in the world like everyone else, but since they've discovered their super powers and that there are others in the world just like them everyone's life begins to change drastically. 

Our characters will discover that not everyone with superpowers is on their side, and old friends can turn into new enemies. The people you hold dearest to your heart can change on you, and maybe even try to hurt because they don't understand your abilities. What will you do when that time comes?

[b]I'm open to 10 or 12 characters including myself participating in this role play. [/b]

 [b]Rules: DO READ[/b]
1. The standard casual and RPG rules apply, but please post in third person at all times. I've seen people not do this, and it makes me feel weird.:D I'm not a snob about length, and I'm more focused on quality than quantity but I would love if it you could squeeze out more than one paragraph per post.
2. [b]BE ACTIVE![/b] This is a big one for me, because you'll have people post in the IC once and they never show up again, or they create a CS and never post. If this is you, I'd prefer you not even try to get in on this. It's a roleplay killer, and ain't nobody got time foh dat! Of course if something comes up you can always let me know.
3. No killing people's characters without their permission. No Godmodding, autohitting, or any of that other good stuff! 
4. A maximum of TWO characters, the other one can be a civilian or villain or whatever.
5. You can use characters from the show if you want, but you have to stay in character. Keep in mind their relationship with the characters from the show will be nonexistent, even if someone else plays a canon. You'll have to rebuild those relationships.
6. I'm the GM, but your opinions on how I can make this roleplay better or anything else is always welcome. Don't be afraid to communicate with me.
