appearance: has brown bark like skin and willow branches for hair. roughly 6'8"
powers: can telepathically communicate with plants
weakness: fire, she is the spirit of a particular tree and if she's away from it for too long she'll begin to decay, needs sun to survive, if her tree starts to die so will she
background: is the spirit of an old willow that used to grow on school grounds but when the old principal wanted to cut it down she challenged and defeated him and was given the job of headmaster (as they had wanted to get rid of the old one), her tree was transplanted to a greenhouse that was attached to the headmaster's office.
personality: rather simple, protective of her students as much as she is of her tree, very kind and a good listener.

race: dwarf

appearance: a large man, muscular but only around 5'5", has a scruffy beard
powers: only basic magic skills, nothing special
weakness: spells have a stronger effect on him because of the dwarfness, 
background: had a very big family in a community of dwarfs but when he learned he could do magic he was ridiculed and was taken in by the former headmaster and given classes, when he graduated he was given a job
personality: very happy and nice man. very protective of the students and headmaster Willow

race: human/dragon (has a dragon form)
gender: male

appearance: tall, pale, with glowing green eyes. has slicked black hair.
powers: basic dragon powers, that's it. can breath fire in human form but it's not nearly as powerful as when he's in dragon form
weakness: water is a big problems
background: his father was a dragon and his mother a human, (apparently dragon's can sometimes change to human form) his father left long before he was born and when hiss dragon powers began to surface he was found by one of the previous headmasters and was taught until he could control it at which point he was given the job as security director (you know, being part dragon)
personality: the school has become his home and therefore he is very protective of it. is a very kind and gentle man but when angry can be very scary and mean.
