Elaine listened to thee words, feeling more and more encouraged as they were said. Her face lit up as he was finishing his sentence, she had a grin that a thousand locks couldn't contain, she looked at his hand for a moment as if in disbelief, but in the same amount of time she clasped it with both of her own, shaking it even more furiously then she had the first time. "Oh, thank you very much! I will listen to whatever you say! I won't be far from you, no siree! I can fight or help you study!" She stopped, but only to catch her breath, "I will make you proud!" she finished, she was beaming now, exuding an odd happiness, despite what she had just gotten herself into. "...Would you like some fruit?" she asked all of a sudden, not seeming embarrassed of the situation,. she rummaged through her bag for a small tin, she twisted it's cap and popped it off, showing some leathery dried apricots inside. "I still have a few, i'm sure enough for two" she stared at it hungrily for a second before motioning it to him instead, she seemed determined to not just gorge herself as she wanted to, and had each day walking here. With a dissatisfied look the Templar explained the situation, not without giving his own personal opinion on the matter of course. "I see...well thank you then, have a good day!" Dusk had already turned to look at the building as he finished his statement, and the Templar didn't seem offended enough to stay. "How very interesting..." Dusk said to no one in particular, perhaps waiting here so long wasn't so bad after all...
