Oh right, since we got a couple changes since your leave, the triple POW on the cannon doesn't work anymore. On the plus side however, you do get 20 points to spend, plus the achievement points... But I forgot which ones Ramza had and since the old guild is down, well, you know. I'll have to roll some dice to randomise it. 

Also, did you check out the active skills in the OP? Ramza can get them too if you want, but make sure to check out the character thread (link in the OP) to check some others out as a guide.
