"You're just kind of assumed to know where you're going, right?" She related, pleased to know that there was someone else who shared the annoyance she held for the campus. She wasn't too particularly keen on talking to anyone else at this point, so she thanked the man and offered a smile, which probably looked more like the sides of her mouth were being pulled outwards rather than a kind gesture. "Anyway, I'd better head off," Avery swivelled on her heels but in doing so, the toe of her boot caught on the edge of the step above her and she toppled forwards, landing on her hands and knees. She stayed in that position and sighed, mentally beating herself up for looking like such a fool. "Actually, I am going to sit here for a bit," the blonde let out a small laugh and turned herself over, folding her hands in her lap.
