Organized battles or battle tournaments on campus would be the easiest one to do, and wouldn't require negative confrontations to happen. You could have a battle room of sorts on campus where students can go to train and fight random opponents or their friends, and every once in a while (basically when you decide to) the school will do an official battle tournament thing where participation is voluntary (or mandatory :P). Of course, the school uses "fight at your own risk".
