Ruslan brakes as hard as he could and is already preparing to lift the girl he was about to crash telekinetically, but to his surprise the girl was pushed above by a massive amount of water akin to the cliche scene where a hydrant blows up. He immediately switches his focus from the girl to his own car, stopping it very, very abruptly. He gets out of his car and asks the girl, "Are you fine?" The question about where had all the water came from is secondary, at best, that it isn't the first to come to his mind. But instead of answering the question, the girl runs. Ruslan rushes to his car and shuts the door, but isn't starting to accelerate, trying to show that he's not someone who runs away when he's involved in road traffic incidents.
