Noirin was not a fast runner without a back pack and two suitcases so there was no way she could keep up with her but she did see the girl kinda floating up in the air then realize that it was water below her....... She couldn't leave her only possessions behind so all she could do was to keep walking and hoping that she could find someone who could help her. But with her luck that would be basically impossible. Besides that her stomach began to rumble and she was getting cold. A sure sign of needing food and fast! 

At the corner was a small dingy diner where hopefully she could find a bit of cheap but healthy type of food. Healthier the better if she wanted to be able to find a place in this city. That and identification of some sort or another.
