Numenera's fairly new, and isn't in the good stores yet, unfortunately, but I'm in the credits, so I thought I'd promote it.
Houses of the Blooded I love character creation for. I haven't actually played it yet, but I like having ancestry play a part. That, and there is blood magic.
Deadlands is awesome for me. Magic is dangerous to anyone involved (either blood magic, where you lose body and soul over time, or magic where you gamble with demons for part of their powers), and...it's a western. ^~^ I like it a lot.
