The boy looked pretty normal to Damon, maybe just a little bit younger than himself. He hadn't seen anyone else yet so this gave him hope that he wasn't the only one who didn't really belong here. He decided to sit down next to the boy, but didn't say anything. He hoped to God that this kid wasn't a whack job like the creeps you see in the movies.

"Hello. We are glad to me someone else. Our names are Zack and Griffin. Who might you be?" Zack asked with a friendly smile. He offered the new arrival his hand. He wondered why the boy was where. What mental illness did he suffer with? Was he dangerous? In the back of Zack's mind Griffin growled. His brother was more then ready to defend them if the need arouse. Zack didn't understand why Griffin didn't like people. Nor did he understand Griffin's violent tendencies, but today Zack was glad to have the back up if they needed it.
