Elysia squeezed her way out of the man's grasp. He ignored the strange look she was giving him and pulled her next to him by the waist and led her into the hall, she briefly noted that she was in a rather small body. "Since you don't remember anything yet I'll start with basics. My name is Nikolai, yours is Sofyia. You were hospitalized after a mission went....wrong. You needed to jump....we were supposed to have something ready to break your fall or catch you and I failed. You didn't even look twice, you jumped and trusted I would be there...we were too late, I still remember the sound of you hitting pavement...." Nikolai squeezed her and sighed, "I don't like to talk about it but your memories are more important." He stopped as they stood at the entrance to a dining hall. At first only a few people looked up but more and more noticed as she stood there uncomfortably, they all stared for a few awkward moments before breaking into cheers. People who she didn't know pulled her into a celebration, she was surprised how much of the Russian language she understood and how easily she spoke it. However her strengthening grasp on Russian didn't make her night any easier, the amnesia excuse helped but she still felt like she stuck out like a sore thumb.
