Noirin shuddered but went with him anyways because she had no other choice at the moment. But she still wanted to know what kind of an ability she supposedly had"Please tell me what kind of a ability that I have besides causing trouble....." she whimpered softly as she looked around the cafe but not a person was stirring to help her.
"I don't know" Jamie replied, "But Im going to find out, or rather, my betters will find out. You aren't going to a nice place girly, so prepare yourself" He dragged her out the cafe
As if this battle was to be chock full of unexpected twists and turns, Maria was not expecting at all what would become next. Her attack failing for the umpteenth fucking time, the lightning girl was already pissed off beyond all resolve, glaring up at the girl balancing upon a column of water, such irritance to her assailant her snarky comebacks. She was just about ready to say fuck the powers and just go for an old fashioned, bare knuckle brawl with this annoying but still rather cute chick. Of course, she didn't see this happening to her at all during this fight. The girl, she was just inches from Maria's face, a swift hand removing her respirator and tossing it carelessly aside. Then....she leaned in closer to the goth, their lips brushing for just a mere moment as her supposed enemy moved her hands to Maria's waist, her touch sending a rather tingling sensation down the girl's legs and up to her lips, which she was sure were gonna lock with this cutie, until...."Fuck!" She was flipped over, instantly on her back and looking skyward with wide eyes, narrowing into a vicious, angry glare. She stood up, but not before sweeping her leg forward to catch the girl by her ankle and send her plummeting to the dirt. Then...Maria could show her how to do it....
Leela let herself be tripped over, barely suppressing laughter at the lightening girls reaction. She had once used that move on someone in her fighting class, the boy had been so shocked, he had then been at her mercy. This girl didn't seem to be too fazed. Still. She landed on her butt, "Ah, go on then, have ye way with me" Leela said, her slight irish accent thickening, her words shifting. She looked up at the girl, knowing she could easily be looking into deaths eyes. And yet, she wasn't afraid. Leela was just tired, and now that she wasn't moving, sore. If she was to die here, then she would die. Her light purple eyes shone with unshed tears that she refused to let fall.
