One last question on that subject for the moment: does the decoration, resizing and refurnishing happen only when the potion is opened, or is it a continuous effect that will make the interior progressively adapt to the inhabitant's wishes? And if it's the former, is every resident given only one of these potions during their time at the Carnival, or can they be allowed more of them over the time of their stay?
I'm only asking since Angoriel has been at the Carnival for over five decades and came there straight from his life as a soldier in Urbaniel, so obviously his preferences when it comes to living quarters have changed since then, as he's gotten used to the other realms. So whether he has to live in what he preferred when he joined the Carnival or can change it to more recently acquired tastes is going to affect how he actually lives.
