Serena Serena hadn’t even noticed she was being practically carried out of the auditorium along ot cafeteria until they were almost there. She rolled her shoulders as Ryuu released her, her ears flickering in multiple directions as she looked around the cafeteria for the first time. She frowned at Ryuu as he answered her question...in a way. He’s not so bad...just got a certain way to him Serena wasn’t really in any position to be picky about friends. After all her current ‘friends’ were actually all friends of her parents which she told them made them old! Well she didn’t tell all of them that, a certain red haired auntie needn't know she had even though that... She shook her head trying to focus back on reality, she was about to ask Ryuu a question when his next trail of speech reached her ears. A pink blush slid across the tops of her cheeks and over the bridge of her nose, in slight embarrassment. “I...err...suppose...” She murmured, her tails swaying. “Why won’t they allow you to exercise?” She enquired curiously, trying to keep some kind of conversation going as she walked into the cafeteria, not daring to look around as she could already feel people’s eyes boring into her. I wish I could go to a place where tails were normal...I’m starting to think T lied about there being one Her ears flicked back to focus on David as he spoke to her. “I’m erm...sorry to hear that, I’m sure you’ll learn your way around quickly” She tried to say encouragingly. “Yes, I’m new as well...so I’m just as likely to get lost here” She smiled a little more confidently. “That is a fair point, food would be good right about now” She added, smiling at Ryuu. This is going well...maybe this fresh start will actually work out “What classes are you two in?” She asked, noting how tense Ryuu still seemed she wondered whether talking would help him relax or if that was just the way he was. She had the feeling it was going to take time before she could tell the difference. Either way she felt a lot more comfortable with the idea of getting to know the two individuals before her, maybe even be friends...though she wasn’t quite sure what that entailed.
