Crash Crash listened to Kathy explain about classes with a thoughtful look on his face. “Seriously? No consequences...That sounds pretty darn good to me. I was kind of dreading Science, things tend to break around me” He shrugged. A huge grin spread across his face as she asked him about music. “Unfortunately I couldn’t sing to save my life. I do however play the drums, which is why I find it necessary to carry drumsticks on my person. You can never know when a rhythm is needed” He answered. “What about you? Is music your forte or something else?” He enquired. He chuckled at Kathy’s reassuring jest, giving her an appreciative smile for making light of his slip of the tongue. “That’s the spirit” He encouraged, raising his eyebrows at her and chuckling as she mimicked him. “Alright parrot, I’ll take that as compliment” He jested. “I am all powerful when it comes to the art of changing into cute fluffy animals” He said enthusiastically with a grin. “Though I am surprised you say that, most people freak out because they think I’m going to steal their identity” Crash added, his expression changing to harbour apparent unease as he recalled a memory before a second later (in typical Crash fashion) it was replaced by a jovial expression. Crash caught sight of a girl breeze past them with fruit in her hair his expression almost instantly shifting to guilt. I didn’t do that... He looked around for the person who had, feeling a pang of sympathy for the dark haired guy. He also happened to notice a very loud dude with sunglasses had entered the cafeteria, he could hear every word from here, he was stood next to a normal looking guy and a girl with tails...3 tails to be more exact. He refocused as Kathy let out a hearty laugh, and ruffled his hair for the second time, he adopted a goofy grin in answer to being called silly. At the mention of going together his smile grew, inwardly he wasn’t so sure about just turning up to a party on his own. “Great is what both of those would be” He decided on saying, a slight pink hint suddenly apparent in his cheeks. “No...should I know where the student center is?” He asked, frowning as he tried to wrack his brain for its location. “I couldn’t even remember where the party was even being held to be fair...” He murmured under his breath, he wasn’t a proud guy but his forgetfulness bothered him. He glanced at Criston as he spoke to Cyrus, saying exactly where the party was he found that quite ironic...He lifted his hand in a bye gesture as Criston excused himself. “Well...I know where it is now, but there is a very good chance I’ll have forgotten by later” He grinned cheekily. “It’s your call, we can meet up earlier or actually at the party” He offered. He heard a crash behind him and sat up in his chair turning to see a girl who had spilled ice cream on her shoes and the floor just behind him, he held his index finger up to Kathy in a ‘hold that thought’ motion though it looked more like a ‘1 minute’ motion to be fair. He stood up, a frown appearing on his face as a few students just laughed at her without even helping her. Crash straightened up and pulled a dark angry face looming over the students. “Hey, beat it you little urchins” He growled at them, his voice a rumble of hostility as purple smoke rose from him like an aura, his eyes changing to bright yellow color, fangs protruding from his mouth. It seemed enough to scare them; they hurried off before he’d even finished his transformation. He pulled a few laughs from the other students left in the cafeteria as he finished morphing into a small ginger kitten with big red innocent eyes, he flapped a tiny paw at the retreating students and made a small hissing sound before he turned back to see if the girl was ok, he blinked at the empty space she had occupied a moment before, she seemed to have disappeared. He jumped back up onto his chair, resting his front paws on the table wagging his tail at Kathy before he shifted back in a pouf of purple smoke standing next to the table. “Did I really look that scary?” He asked her, a soft smile back on his face. Serena Serena’s ears twitched as she listened to Ryuu mumble about exploding his room. I hate to say it, but I do not envy his roomie... She didn’t noticed Ryuu stare down a group of students as her attention shifted to rest on David as he spoke to her. Her ears swiveled to rest on him as her tails swayed slowly behind her, she was getting increasingly more uncomfortable about them being visible. “They’re important because they are the ones you’re interested in, right? It’s a shame you have to do history if it’s not something you’re not really into...how is history your erm family’s honor?” She asked somewhat awkwardly. Oh god! That’s probably none of my business, why did I ask that? Take it back Just then Ryuu pulled her attention back as he spoke about his classes. “Erm y-yes I do like educational stuff I suppose” She agreed with Ryuu. “Cool we’ll be in a few classes together then...I’m down for English and Science I think, as well as Art and Astrology” She told them in answer to Davids question. “My uncle signed me up for P.E, he bet me I’d drop out of it within the week...I’m determined to prove him wrong” She added with a determined smile. She reached into the pocket of her jeans as Ryuu turned to David and asked him about ‘Biscuits’ unaware of the color that had swept across Ryuu’s cheeks. She pulled a necklace out of her pocket, it was a simple silver chain with a small pewter animal attached to it, the animal looked similar to a raccoon. She lifted it to her neck, sliding her hands under her hair as she fiddled with the clasp, as soon as it clicked into place her ears and tails slowly faded from sight, as if by magic it would seem. She exhaled as she seemed to lose the attention of the other students, her right eye had brightened from black to oceanic blue now she was no longer afraid and more comfortable.
