Cale blinked at Isaiah's reponse and then smirked before glancing at a chair a short distance away. {Move} To the average eye, the chair would slide along the floor on its own pushed by an invisible force. But to an adept, they would be able to see the psynergy pushing against the chair, bent to the user's will. The demonstration only lasted a couple of seconds, but the point was made. "I have no reason to run from my own kind." Cale responded to Isaiah. After that, he looked back to Leyya. She was heavily armed, he had asked her about it earlier but they were in the middle of conflict so she dodged the question. It was obvious that Leyya was the type of person to travel alone, she had a weapon for all occasions. "So where are you-" Cale started to ask the next series of introductory questions before there was a bell ringing to signify someone had come in the door. If one looked to the entrance they would see a Tolbi guard, standing at attention with his spear in one hand and his helmet in another. The man gave the bar a good looking over, making note of the damage before stepping in further. "The owner of this bar said there was a scuffle here earlier. He described a group of men, two women, a northerner and a boy. With the sleeping fellows outside, I only count one person missing." The guard said. He was calm and composed, had he been expecting this sort of thing? Did this happen often? Cale nodded and looked around. "The other girl ran off. We're not a party, we just all happened to come here." Cale said. The guard gave a sigh and moved to the table where the group was sitting. "Alright, let's just make this quick then and avoid the run around. One of the men outside woke up and said someone threw an iceberg at him or something. Are any of you adepts?" The guard asked bluntly, repeating Cale's question to the group earlier.
