All in all, it seems fine. Interesting concept. Does he have access to his amplifier backpack all the time? Keep in mind that he would, and should, be considered high tiered whenever he has access to it. Logic; Just because Goku doesn't super sayan, doesn't mean he's lower tier unless he's -incapable- of doing it at any point during a fight. 

Also, your wording on the machine itself might be a bit off, but;

Is a bit inconsistent with the power you described at the start;

Does the machine work the same way his power does, or is it increasing the force instead?
