- Decrease the running speed to about 80-100mph-ish (Any other character in the tier is unable to reach the same -constant- speed unless using a charged ability or a special ability, as far as I can tell, so for balance sake, decrease it slightly.) 

- Loving the beard form, but add in a hefty speed decrease (specify what speed he can reach in beard form) to compensate for the sudden strength and endurance boost. Also be a bit more specific about what kind of damage he can shrug off in this form. You might have to add in a charge (1) requirement to change into and out of the beard form, but I'm going to have to get a second opinion on that.

- Specify the speed of which he is able to fly. Does he have to remove his hoodie to use his wings? 

- The not-a-light-saber/Plasma hilt needs more description. Can it change shape during combat? How quickly does it turn on and off? What kind of things can it cut through? Is the hilt itself hot to the touch? Is he immune to it?

- The hammerspace backpack is an intermediate tier as long as you're able to pull -any- non-weapon item out of it. What kind of limitations does it have? What happens if someone else goes inside it? What's the maximum sized object you could pull out? You mentioned pulling out a zebra, does that mean you can pull out a shark?
