(Joint post with Mistress Dizzy) Dusting himself off, feeling his cheeks burn the same color as his uniform, Luke looked over at Orbit who had helped him up. "Heh uh... thanks." He told her, giving Orbit an awkward thumbs up. If his self pride wasn't dragging on the ground already, it was now. It didn't help matters either the situation became clear, they were going after Icicle. Great, Luke was in desperate need to prove himself, but it was going to be against someone who can easily exploit him. His suit was able to provide warmth for these occasions, but it was only going to go so far. As the group got to where the action was, Plastic Man had bounced to the scene as a ball with his head on top. Quickly reforming he looked down at the action happening as Ditto already struck out with his first plan. Plastic Man grimaced, feeling his hands shaking as he had to bite his tongue and fight that oncoming panic attack again. He needed a plan but right now his wimpy pacifist brain was only coming up with 'RUN, RUN FOR THE LOVE OF GOD RUN!' Which wasn't helping matters one bit. Orbit brought her bike to a steady brake, leaning it on the side of a building before rushing toward the fight. She saw civilians, some of them little kids, and made sure they were all clear. Her eyes started to glow a faint silver behind her goggles as she let some of her power loose. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Plastic Man looking... apprehensive. "Hey, Stretch-" She seemed to have a nickname for everyone, so far. "What's up? You're looking done in and we've barely started." Her eyes were fixed on the fight, but she was definitely adressing him. Paused and in his own complete and utter fear, Plastic Man finally realized Orbit was talking to him, or someone nearby named 'Stretch' who he didn't know... either way it was probably him. "Uh I... just..." He tried to speak but felt his throat metaphorically trying to collapse into itself. "Just I don't know what to do here..." Plastic Man muttered running his hands through his hair. His brain was rattled and he was having trouble keeping himself together. Finally though his brain started to see an idea present itself. "Wait, Orbit right? You're a mind moving person right? Compress me into a tight ball and launch me at him, I might be able to buy the others time to set up an attack." Plastic Man rambled off, at this rate willing to try anything stupid if it meant finally showing worth in something other than being able to make himself a really huge balloon. Orbit raised her eyebrows. It was a decent plan. She hadn't known he could shrink, but it sort of made sense, physics wise. If he stretched, then he had to be able to go back to normal. Otherwise he'd be more like Plastic-Wrap Man instead. "Alright, gotcha." She breathed in once, then out slow. The glow in her eyes increased, making her goggles light up with pink light, and she held her hands out, as if grabbing Plastic Man. He would feel invisible force pressing in on him from all sides, methodically pushing him tighter and tighter. Soon enough, he was about the size of one of her battle orbs, and probably even more dense. She picked him up with her gloved hands. "I hope you can breathe in there, dude." Taking a backward stance not unlike an Olympic shot putter, she wound up and twisted with her entire body, letting Plastic-Ball man fly. Her telekinesis added an extra burst of propulsion at the same time he was leaving her hand, sending him flying at high speed toward Iceman. The loud whizzing sound coming from the tightly wound red ball with yellow and black striping was either from him slicing through the air, or him screaming completely muffled as his head was in the middle of the mass. Either way the red sphere made its mark. Nailing Icicle just above his left eye, making him stop and in a fit clench the area Plastic Man nailed him, screaming in very naughty language. Rebounding from the attack Plastic Man let his form slip out to a much larger shape, now resembling a red dodgeball. One which nailed Icicle in the stomach knocking him over a bit. Reforming Plastic Man stood over the villain, shaking and with a grin on his face that looked somewhat inhuman. "Did... DID YOU GUYS SEE THAT?!" He called out to his teammates, pointing at the downed but still not out Icicle. "WOOOOOOOOO!" He mightily cheered out, arms held up in premature victory.
