didn't know if you were in shadow strike ofc. I put you at lieutenant colonel because you seemed to be Miller's second. 
Don't know what would happen with your status if you are transfered. The SSS could opperate outside of normal juristriction, so your rank wouldn't matter. Still you'd expect anyone to quallify to also have at least corporal rank ;)

Also, since Mithias mentioned that there were no high ranking vampires in soldier. and I would agree if I were a top ranking SOLDIER. I'd make sure anyone with a rank higher than Mayor requires a heartbeat.

That just made me realize Rhyss probably wouldn't outrank Matt. Not that it would matter since Rhyss will simply use bluff and bravura anyways.
He might have a lot of extra perks, but I doubt any general in his right mind would allow a loose cannons like Rhyss to hold a title above Mayor.
