Crash Crash glanced at Cyrus as he got up to leave, he lifted his hand in a farewell gesture. Silently noting it felt more like Cyrus was talking to Kathy rather than him. How is he not going to see me? Don;t take any beverages he offers...they could be spiked with an invisibility potion! He shook his head, turning his attention back to Kathy and trying to move away from that particular thought chain before it got out of hand. He frowned at Kathy’s expression she suddenly looked terribly serious, his eyes caught the slight twitch at the corners of her mouth however. Still his expression shifted to one of intense suspense as he listened to what she said, he chuckled at the joke. “Sports? Nice, you’ll have to tell me what you play” He smiled, though it faltered slightly as she spoke about his previous comment he was a little taken aback by her words. He watched her frown deepen and in response he smiled warmly at her. “Thanks” He murmured gratefully. His eyebrows shot up in surprise as she quickly replied to him her voice rising a bit as she spoke and a flustered look crossing her face. He didn’t get a chance to say anything to her before the tray clattered behind him. Crash’s smiled broadened as he heard Kathy laughing, he looked quite chuffed with himself as he stood next to the table. He chuckled as she gave him the thumbs up and answered his question, he could feel the sarcasm in that it made him laugh harder. “Then my work here is done” Was his response. With a grin he straightened his shirt and brushed himself down, his ruby eyes were drawn back to her as she spoke to him. “Sounds like a plan” He nodded in approval, looking down at her phone as she slid it over to him. “Sure, that would be really helpful actually...” He smiled at her, before reaching down and picking the phone up to tap his digits into it, a moment later he passed it back to her. “Erm...” He mused, rubbing the back of his neck as a thoughtful look crossed his face. “I should probably do that” He shrugged, a sudden pink hue crossing his cheeks. “I mean unpack my stuff” He added quickly, emphasizing the ‘my’ a little more than he needed to. “Err here let me take those for you and I’ll catch up with you later” He quickly changed the subject, holding his hands out ready to take her tray a smile back on his face. Serena Serena looked down at her feet, scuffing her toe along the floor as Ryuu answered her with a monotone grumble. She felt guilty for not paying more attention...though she wasn’t sure how she would have prevented the fly by punching. She looked up at David with a shy smile and a small flush across her cheeks as he exclaimed, she noticed Ryuu had returned with a tray of donuts and biscuits. Plasma? That explains the exploding of rooms...pretty awesome ability to have one would imagine She smiled as David said something similar to what she was thinking, she caught Ryuu’s grin but it didn’t seem quite as worrying as before to her, she was slowly adjusting to his ways though she was still unsure, she wasn’t afraid of him anymore. She chuckled at what he said about the lighter fluid, in the back of her mind wondering whether he was joking about that or not. “Not confident though, is that why you’ve blown up so many rooms?” She teased Ryuu playfully, a cheeky smile crossing her face. Too soon! Where did that confidence come from? Send it back She turned her attention back to David once Ryuu had finished explaining his power. “Thanks” She smiled at him. Her head tilted to the side as he stuttered and seemed to drift off into his thoughts before speaking. She frowned at his dismissive speech before he’d even told them what his power was. And you thought you had low self esteem... She listened carefully to David gathering a picture of what he could do in her mind, she twirled a few strands of her hair around her fingers as she did, she blinked at him as he offered to show them tonight. “At the party? Are you both going?” She asked looking first at David then at Ryuu. “I’d really like to see what you can do, it sounds pretty cool in my opinion” She smiled at David. “Maybe we could meet up later at the party? I’d feel better going with friends than on my own” She suggested, looking curiously at the tray in Ryuu’s hands. She moved away from them before they could address her suggestion, moving over to a nearby table and summoning them over to sit down. She perched herself on a chair and awaited their answers.
