Lily - Garden "Oh, my. By all manners, that was not my intention." He said apologetically, bowing his head towards her. She stiffened a bit, feeling that she'd insulted him. Maybe she'd been too mean? One could see on her face, guilt, loud and clear. Before, being human, she wouldn't have cared but her Grace changed her back, made her who she was. It defined her character and she preferred it this way. As much as not caring had helped her, she preferred being kind even if it meant being walked all over. Maybe she should have just been nicer... "I will keep my distance, and I'm very, very sorry." He continued, his hand pulled away almost as if he were praying. Was that his way of apologizing? It was certainly very strange. She eyed him for a few seconds, simply watching him in confusion before pulling back, wide eyed, as he pulled his head once more and looked at her. His eyes... She felt her heart flutter for a mere second before it quelled. What? She blinked, looking back at him with her own big, swirling blue eyes. "What a disaster. My sudden proximity is bothering you, I can feel that. I can see that. Would you please forgive me? I will leave you be, but promise me we can talk once again." He continued again with a heavy sigh. She felt her body tense up once again, guilty. She felt like she'd pushed him away and now she'd be alone. I wanted to make friends, didn't I? Would he even consider her a friend after this? She sighed, looking at him as he looked around. Probably. He seemed like he genuinely wanted to be her friend... "Everything's fine, lady. And the reason, well... I will be sincere. I'm interested in you." He replied to her question, and began standing up. She lifted her hand to stop him but he turned quickly and took her hand for her in both of his. "I hope we can meet again, Lily Brightengale. You're certainly interesting." He told her before walking off. she left her hand in the air, as if trying to reach back out to him. "I didn't mean to..." She mumbled. Her brows furrowed as she pulled her hand back to her lap slowly. Her gaze slowly fell to her hands. I didn't mean for you to leave... She let out a shuddering sigh and perked her head up at the sound of music. She blinked, looking around for it's source. She looked up in the direction of the sound that seemed to be pouring from the student center. For the party? She tilted her head, curious. She glanced back at where Bael had walked off to and then at the student center. With determination in her swirling blue eyes, she stood and ran after Bael, her fire red hair flicking lightly behind her. "Wait! I... I'm sorry!" She yelled out to him, running over to him. Once she'd caught up with him, she stopped to catch her breath and then looked up at him. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to drive you off like that. Do..." She began, pausing for a moment to glance at where the sound was coming from. "Would you like to join me in investigating this wondrous music? I think... it's coming from the Student Center and there's a party there and well... They said to bring a friend." She continued, smiling warmly at Bael, her eyes watching him with kindness held in them.
