The great bear swung at her. The first blow made her cry out in pain, the second winded her. As it continued she struggled for even the slightest breath and the world started to spin once again. What had she done to deserve this torture? Suddenly a figure burst into the room- her saviour. He tackled the bear who had hit her to the ground as Alicia flung herself far in the opposite direction. Battered, bruised and exhausted, she attempted to stand. Her attempt was successful although she wobbled a lot and didn’t think she could be of much help to the boy who had come to her rescue. She spotted her bow and quiver at the other side of the room and limped towards them, hoping not to be spotted.
