So far there's been 8 people posting in this OOC,
1 person who posted in the interest check hasn't posted here yet
and 3 people have made their CS('). Now, one of those 8 people is me, so if we count me out, there are 4 people who's CS' I'll wait for before starting the IC. I'd rather just start with everyone ^^

Also, if somebody new enters from this point on, their CS won't count for this part. They can still enter and if they are fast enough they can start with everyone else, but they won't be a part of the people I'm waiting on. If the CS' aren't up by Friday, we'll start with the characters we have at that time.
