"Face it Kiara, you fight with a kid." That blank expression was the first thing to make Vincent stand up straight and pull Kiara back with a bloodied hand. "It's going to get less and less safe here because of that..." And then Kiara put the icing on the cake. Her taunts held a special place in Mary's heart. Vincent was positive it was working now. That still silence waspl pretty intimidating. Fear stopped him for a brief moment, but soon enough, he was stepping backwards again. "Oh no you don't. You're not get-" Rebel turned and watched Mary have a tantrum, noticing the hands sticking out of the ground. He couldn't help but smirk at her childish whining. "Oh look, the kid finally is making use of herself. Still a big brat." Vincent turned on his heel and pulled Kiara along. "There is a short span of time to get out before those things attack us too. Off to the little shack." Before she could ask why, he answered. "Mary won't destroy the one place she thought was safe. And if I'm right, all her anger is directed at those two idiots." He continued walking, letting her go so he could hold his stomach. "If we're lucky, Mary will at least be able to kill the pet. That one isn't immortal." Thankfully, the distraction made a perfect getaway. When the two disappeared, Rebel turned and frowned. "The two disappeared." As he went forward to follow the scent of blood, more undead creatures began to surround the two. And the dead smell blocked the scent of blood. " These have become a nuisance. Plan sir?" Rebel head thought to just slice them all up, but they were already dead so he was sure they'd just get up again. And his penance state only worked when the creature had a soul. Vincent leaned against the door of the shack, before sliding down to the floor. "So I vote sit here until Mary is done with play time... we can pick her up later." He looked down at the multiple wounds he had, mainly the three specific ones that wouldn't stop bleeding. By that time, he had taken the tattered remains of his shirt off. "Great. I kind of liked that shirt." Now he was going to have to stop his injuries before they became a bigger problem than needed.
