Serena shrugged apologetically at Ryuu’s grumble in response to her teasing him. [i]Lesson learnt[/i] She raised an eyebrow at his peculiar expression as he placed the tray down on the table and sat across from her, she listened to what he had to say a smile spreading across her face. “That would be pretty awesome” She decided on saying in answer to that, Ryuu’s evil laugh made her question his intention for a moment but then it changed to be...less evil sounding and her thoughts were put at ease. [i]I really should work on my perceptive abilities...they’re not very good[/i] Though she was uncomfortable with the idea of showing off her own power she was also eager to see what the other two could do. She smiled at David as he agreed to go to the party, laughing lightly as he stated

 [u]‘as long as I don’t have to dance’[/u]

 “I’m with you on that, dancing is something I don’t do either” She smiled at him momentarily, before reaching over and taking a biscuit from the tray in front of Ryuu. When she looked back at David he was gaping at her strangely, she shuffled uncomfortably under his gaze and stopped playing with her hair instead turning her attention to the biscuit in her hand, she begun to nibble it. [i]Why was he staring?[/i] She felt heat rise in her cheeks as he sat down next to her, but was hoping it didn’t show as she nibbled her biscuit. [i] Say something...maybe it will ease the awkwardness...[/i] “So do you guys like...?” She started to ask. [i]Do not ask them if they like cheese! Abort that![/i] At that moment heavenly music reached her ears, it was faint but she was sure it was near. After leaving her question hanging in the air for a few moments she quickly jumped at the chance to change its ending. “...this music?” She finished with a sheepish smile. “I don’t know where it’s coming from...sounds like a duet” She continued. “These are great by the way Ryuu...good recommendation” She added with a smile, glancing at David momentarily. “Have you guys been to the student centre yet?” She asked curiously.
