Eh, we don't really have enough people playing that another added world is needed yet, but if you have a character in mind that you want to throw in. Post a sheet in the CS section (or here, that could work too) and then someone would review it to see if it's not against a rule or going out of bound, if the reviewer found nothing and no one complained (too much, someone would always complain anyway) then your char's accepted and you can throw him or her into one of the existing worlds we have right now.
