Yes, it's still open! Just note that it's probably going to be in a long process of development. 

We're still in the development of reorganizing Chakra. Look at my previous post to see what Tatsua and I have begun to brainstorm. Any opinions on that would be welcome. 
I'm interested in what you've proposed, though. Maybe they have tattoos or some such thing. Go further with that idea, though. I'd like to hear your clarifications and where we might be able to go with that.
