Two you cannot manipulate Mana (you lack the skill necessary for doing so). 

You could Skill Grind your Force Pulse Skill and Meditation Skill (which would let you grind Force Pulse more), but you have no actual mana/energy manipulation skills that let you freely bend and manipulate mana/energy
