Appearance: He is a very skinny man with a bald head and many wrinkles. He wears a traditional robe and carries around a walking stick.
Personality: 
Backstory: He was born to a Greek family in 121 B.C. But was sent away to Roman family to learn their religious practices. When he was 13 he began to display profound knowledge he beloved was given to him by the gods. From then on he was hailed as an Oracle (technically the Romans had a different name for Oracles but we'll keep Oracle for simplicity's sake.) and was brought to lie in a temple.

Notes: I'm not done with this yet. I'm gonna do some research when I get home. But as far as the role of the character I was thinking he would just provide the party with knowledge of some kind of quest.
