I'll have another look at her later, but it's safe to asssume she's 'powerless' in the beginning.

Edit: I'll recommend you take a closer look at her powers. They al have some sort of fail safe. Lover's kiss requires the kiss to be reciprocated meaning that the person she is trying to kill must love her. Seduce also for the man to have a strong will and avoid this. And her power that 'puts people to sleep' simply lulls them. If you still have any problems with my character, please let me know.
