Last time I knew, Aerta was the area where Deathold was... and Deathold was refurbished into Twilight College. There wasn't thing in the OOC, previous or recent, to make it seem otherwise which why I'm now utterly lost on this train of thought. 

Might want to make it simple: Let's say after the first few Archmages for Aerta came along (over several hundred years ago), the castle was slowly crumbling into ruins. That's when Deathhold was built, which later was refurbished and changed in teaching tactics, etc to became Twilight College only in the recent say hundred or so years?
