Metagaming: In role-playing games, metagaming is a term often used to describe players' use of assumed characteristics of the game. In particular, metagaming often refers to having a character act on knowledge that only the player has access to. Example: Beta being called on a rule, and explaining his character's actions in the OOC. Green, realizing his shit is about to get ruined, bullshits a "HEYGUISELOLCOMEBACKTOTHESHIP" call from random npc #32, ejects, and detonates a triple-nuke to kill the ants that were ruining his picnic... then claiming 'Well he didn't know she was still there lol" ... when I stated multiple times that Ysolda's aura was bright enough to see for MILES... and in a darker environment such as they were fighting on... she couldn't really hide anywhere, even on the mech's leg. To further clarify, she was there because she felt it couldn't reach her there... not so much to hide.
