Sylvus jolted a little when the child seared his face with a tiny fireball and skittered away in panic. 'Well, this is awkward...' he thought to himself. 'I guess she isn't with anyone then.' Sylvus grimaced slightly when he grazed his cheek with his finger to gauge the burn. He closed his eyes, and with a few indescribable whispers and a brief glow, the burn was gone. Her little trek across the bar and into another dark corner probably drew some more unwanted attention. As casually as he could, Sylvus got up from his crouch and picked up his mug, taking another sip and approaching the girl once more. "I'm not gonna hurt ya.." he spoke, far enough not to be singed by another fireball but close enough so she could hear.
