I actually found Dead Space not scary at all. Other than some mild jumpscares. Probably because in the first game Isaac was silent and I just kept imagining him as a space badass flipping off all the monsters.

Second one sorta proved my point since the first thing he does is headbutt a monster right in the face. Though the eye part freaked me out cause I have a phobia when it comes to things going in the eye. Luckily, I got that part first try.

Its weird cause video game horror Im fine, but movies I always get nightmares which makes whatever the movie is ten times worse.
