Well my second weapon idea is basically akira udou's battle gear, which includes ATs and a long chain that connects to his wrists that Naoto well be able to change its length at will. Dying will flames ignited on the wheels and can be changed through the chain.

I'm not sure which ATs I'll use but I'm leaning towards the udou's Fang regalia.
