Ansen nodded in response to Jason's question and stopped to face the half-demon when they are alone. "Jason seeing how you act in court, how the passiveness in you has dwindled and had transitioned to aggression is what I want to talk to you about... I understand your situation at hand, but you have to understand one thing my friend." He paused for a moment then placed his hands on the teenager's shoulders, peering into his eyes as he continued to speak. "They act the way they do towards you because of a reason, and not all of it is because of some hatred or desire to see you dead. These people have had nothing but pain from the demons and you of all people know that... But I can see you breaking that cycle, you being the one who can say that isn't you... That isn't the case, though. Before you shoot straight to your segregation and your identity as a half-demon remember this; some of your actions can trigger the responses you're getting from the people." It was then the guardian broke away from Jason and crossed his arms to speak in a more audible tone so it was easier for the young one to listen to him. "One wrong action could have you, me, and the young lady who stood up to you put to death by the Templars, and I did would not have stood up for you if I knew damn well you were one of 'those demons' that harm people." He nodded afterwards with a confident smile, a smile that faded seconds later when he shot a rather serious question to the boy. "There are reasons one becomes a demon, he did something to sentence him to the life of damnation.. If you feel comfortable, I would like to ask what you've done? If you think over it, take that memory and push it to the side... You have a second chance, boy. Use it well."
