Hyer looked at the student holding a dragon egg in her arms and frowned deeper and deeper, she then snorted and looked around to see if anyone else would have the guts to join her. "Lets just make a few things clear...." she said and stepped forward to get a better look at the frightened student. Her tone was not really mild at all and instead rather clear and dark. "I don't care who you think you are, Nor do I care about your life, ranks or titles that you may have achieved in your previous life... when you step upon this soil while even thinking about dragons, your very soul belongs to me. " she said pointing at the student with her battle axe. "You may think that what you hold in your hands are merely a pet, you may think that its an companion... but its not" she said coldly and without mercy towards the student. 

Hyer was not really always especially nice, especially not on the first days when she sat the rib. "All dragons here, and all students even faintly thinking about them belong to me, and it will be up to me and my ultimate judgement to decide if your even worthy of calling yourself a Dragon Mage..." she said and paused as she studied the dragonic students.
