For thirty-five girls, the Selection is the chance of a lifetime. The opportunity to escape the life laid out for them since birth. To be swept up in a world of glittering gowns and priceless jewels. To live in a palace and compete for the heart of a gorgeous Prince. There is one girl chosen from each province to participate in the selection (honestly, I don’t know all the provinces so we’ll just use states of the America…) In the selection you are given a room for you to stay in until you get sent home, unless you are that one girl who is chosen to marry the prince. You also have maids who will do what you ask them to. 

This is based off the book series so if you haven’t read the series, the above paragraph should explain.
