Does it really matter what he [b]could[/b] have done? There are almost [b]always[/b] multiple options they can take, so just because he could have swung his tail at you(and if you were on the mecha, or relatively close, haven't read the sheet yet; swinging the tail might be as useless as swinging a sword when someone too far past it for it to be useful), doesn't mean he actually [b]had[/b] to swing the tail.
