Grace looked to Sebastian as he left and then down to the ground. That felt about right, someone wanting to be her friend and help her and she pushing him away. “Melissa smiled slightly as she looked to the door. “Don’t think about that for now, I’ll talk to him later. For now, while we’re here I want you to start experiencing your powers in a good way.” She pushed the cup forwards slightly, smiling encouragingly. [center]***[/center] By the time Melissa did end up back at her office it was about an hour later. Grace had made some progress with her powers, being able to freeze the water in the cup at will, but still had a hard time accepting it as a good thing. She had been so nervous, especially when it didn’t go fully to plan, like when it tipped over and she’d been unable to un-freeze it. She had noticed that she had been rather distracted and sad that Sebastian had left her. She had felt the boy become very unsure of himself when he’d touched Grace and, true, it had been a mistake, but he was still learning. She had made plenty when she had started out too and she hoped that it didn’t turn him off it. He seemed to have a very positive effect on Grace.
