Even as Vengeous' armor dug into Victor, the nanites built temporary pathways for his circuitry, and repairing what could be restored to a normal state. The areas around the entry wounds were reinforced to ensure the spikes would not tare through any other systems.
"You think that you have an advantage?" Victor said looking straight at Vengeous. "There is only one out come to this... death, but don't worry you being a demon can't feel pain, only the mortal coil will... briefly." He looked back to the ground as they hurtled head first towards it. "I wonder, though, what happens to you if he dies.?" Victor said these words as cold as the robot conscience he had. He saw no wrong in killing this person or what possessed him, and that is what gave him an advantage over most enemies: He had no moral compass to tell him he was doing something the wrong way.
