She puts everyone else's needs before her own and she will go out of her way to help people. She generally is very passive and keeps out of arguments though she will, at times, leap into one to try and calm everyone down; without any regards to her own safety. She is very shy to people she doesn't know but once she gets to know someone she is very bubbly and gentle. She hardly ever yells or raises her voice and in the midst of violence she tends to flee to somewhere quiet. She enjoys reading or drawing and does so to calm down, though she hardly ever shows her drawings to anyone. Lydia is very insecure and is full of doubts about herself. She gets flustered very easily and tends to stutter and blush before she finally just gives up and hides her face. She hates making people upset and tends to become upset herself, and in most cases crying and apologizing. ~ Playing the piano ~ Drawing/Painting ~ Singing (when no one can hear her of course) ~ Being outside in nature Mother~ Mary Ann Finch Father~ Marcus Alexander Finch Little brother~ Larkin Caleb Finch (deceased) Little sister~ Vivian Nicole Finch (deceased) When Lydia was ten and the twins were five, Lydia had been tasked to keeping an eye on the twins while her parents had been taking care of business. This would have proved to be an easy task if it weren't for the twin's adventurous streak and the fact that one could take their eye off them for a second. Being young herself, it was hard for Lydia to keep on both of their siblings. At one point her mother had yelled at Lydia to keep the twins quiet and the second Lydia looked at her mother disaster happened. She looked back just in time to see Larkin run across the street, Vivian right at his heels. Neither saw the truck barreling towards. Lydia still has nightmares about it to this day. Her parents blamed her for their youngest children's death and when Lydia was picked in the Selection she was warned that if she failed to marry the Prince she should not bother coming home at all; she would only disgrace them further.[/center]
